Malaria and Pneumonia have been the major causes of morbidities and mortilities in Kwale county in the past years. Majority of the people in the county who get pneumonia have a higher incidence of Malaria. Thus, even though Malaria is prevalent in Kwale, individuals whose Malaria incidence is lower rarely get Pneumonia. In this project we try to find whether there is any correlation between the two diseases. We investigate the factors that may contribute to this correlation. We derive that control of these factors would lead to the reduction of both diseases.en_US
