| dc.description.abstract | Intellectual property (IP) relates to people 's creative and inventive activities.Tt is often referred to as the creation of the mind.It cannot be touched,weighed,felt or seen.Several writers attempt to define intellectual property but to date, IP has no universally agreed definition . Rather than define IP as a concept, the various treaties and conventions on IP refer to various categories ofIP.
