dc.descriptionIn recent times there have been a number of articles and books on different aspects of Applied Ethics. A number of them have tried to tackle Applied Ethics from the point of Work as such. In this paper I will analyse work as human action and then discuss its triple perfective dimension by looking at the various human operative powers: the mind, the will, the affections and emotions. After that I will focus on human work as the basis for the integration of Ethics and technique, the root of human and cultural development of the individual and of society.
