This paper adopts a binomial logistic regression model in analysis of individual attributes that determine the likelihood of completing a full time undergraduate degree program. The analysis is based on a case study of Strathmore University where the individual attributes are based on personal characteristics, past educational experiences and level of socio-academic integration into the university system. The average marks obtained in the first year of study is found to be the most significant variable in determining the likelihood of completion. The mean grade, gender, entrance exam, students' residence and school type are also found to be statistically significant in determining the likelihood of completing a full time undergraduate course.en_US
