All business organizations where ever they are located in the world, small or big are faced with stiff competition as a result of globalization. Under the circumstances, the Kenyan business organizations like any other in the whole world have to continuously improve both their operational efficiencies and quality of their products to weather the competition. Several strategies have been employed by various organizations to achieve competitive advantage, among them being, Creativity and Innovation. This study sought to establish the status of organizational creativity among The Kenya Top 100 Companies. A Cross-section survey was carried out on thirty six organizations among The Kenya Top 100 Companies in March, 2012. Using a structured questionnaire, data on Peer Support, Freedom, and Resources were captured from employees of these organizations. The data was then analyzed using Minitab and SPSS Statistical Computer Packages. A regression analysis was used to test three hypotheses. The findings of the study indicated that there was no relationship between Organizations' Performance and two of the variables, Peer Support and Resources. However, there was a positive correlation between Organizational Performance and Freedom. The outcome of the study suggests that The Kenya, Top 100 Companies are yet to fully embrace organizational creativity as a strategy of attaining competitive advantage in the new global markets dispensation.en_US
