dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this paper is to analyse the two-thirds gender rule in Kenya and to determine whether there are sufficient mechanisms ~o implement it. This will be done through an analysis of the two-thirds gender rule law (amendment) bill. The two-thirds gender rule was included in the Constitution 2010. 1This analysis will focus on the affirmative action programmes contemplated in the Constitution of Kenya.2 The methodology used to undertake the research is qualitative through library and online research. | en_US |
