The WIHL project operates on the principle that sustainable change requires solid evidence. We move beyond anecdotal observations to provide organizations and policymakers with robust data about the factors that influence women's career advancement in health leadership. A multi-methodological approach combining quantitative analysis with qualitative insights is used, ensuring that recommendations are both statistically significant and deeply contextual to the Kenyan health sector's unique landscape.
