    Abstract
In any organization, employee engagement is most significant as it forms the foundation where an employee works in an organization in the best interest as he or she has the desire to do so. Employees need to be motivated to be engaged and it may be through the employees’ sense of achievement, recognition, enjoyment of the job, promotion opportunities, responsibility, and the chance for personal growth.
