Abstract
The main objective of this research project is to show that style is an artistic right whose freedom of expression should be protected by the law. This research is based on various sources of information such as; study of already conducted interviews and polls from independent, accredited organizations, professional opinions, statutes, international legal instruments and analysis of case law. The most important finding from this research project is that style discrimination more often than not leads to violation of ones' human dignity. Lastly, my major recommendation is that style be recognized as an expressive right by the law, that is, freedom to express style should be included as a right by law makers'.
